Overview

Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable Workday integrations across Baxter's global People Technology landscape, partnering with HR, IT, business stakeholders and vendors.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver end-to-end Workday integrations.
• Lead integration architecture, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Integrate Workday with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Identity Management and third-party systems.
• Evaluate and implement API- and MuleSoft-based integration solutions.
• Establish integration standards, reusable frameworks and best practices.
• Drive automation and modernization initiatives across HR technology platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform impact analysis, risk assessment and release planning.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews and mentoring to team members and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, privacy, security, audit and governance requirements.
• Lead Workday release testing and maintain technical documentation.
