Consultant, People Analytics (Power BI/DAX/SQL)

Consultant for People Analytics, building Power BI/DAX/SQL analytics solutions and AI-enabled workforce insights in Bengaluru.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and DAX calculations for workforce reporting.
• Write and optimize SQL for enterprise data warehouses and semantic layers, integrating data via APIs.
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps for proactive alerts and insights.
• Prototype AI-enabled analytics experiences using AI-assisted development tools.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to scope needs and translate questions into technical solutions.
• Lead “train the trainer” enablement through documentation, templates, and coaching for self-serve adoption.
• Own quality, validation, and documentation for the products and support iterative build/release.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including semantic models and DAX.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL against enterprise data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of Power Apps and Python.
• Stakeholder management and enablement experience, including coaching non-technical partners.
• Practical experience shipping analytics work using AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Office requirement: at least 3 days in office.
• Shift timings: 1pm to 10 pm IST.
