Contracts Co-op (Spring/Summer 2027)

Overview

A Spring/Summer 2027 co-op supporting the Electric Power Systems (EPS) Contracts and Business Management team, working alongside Contract Administrators in Project Management Teams.

What you'll do

• Maintain and organize contracts artifacts
• Compile audit documentation requests
• Interpret and manage contract documents
• Ensure adherence to Import / Export Compliance Requirements
• Prepare and participate in the review of terms and conditions of customer agreements

What you'll learn

• Working with cross functional teams
• Exposure to customer contract support
• Exposure to Contracts Lifecycle
• Leading small projects

What you'll need

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business or Law and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects
• U.S. citizenship is required

Details

• Full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session running January-August (including the Spring semester; students are expected to take a semester off from coursework)
• Designated as remote; the role must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories)
• May be asked to attend select interview steps in person
• Security clearance not required
• Salary range 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD
