Convo & Agentic AI Developer-Associate-Bangalore

Overview

As a Convo & Agentic AI Developer Associate at PwC Acceleration Center India, you’ll design and deploy AI systems that turn raw data into actionable insights for contact center use cases.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain intents, entities, dialog flows, and NLU models for voicebots/chatbots on CCaaS platforms.
• Configure and tune IVR call flows, grammars, barge-in, and voice biometrics settings for containment and CSAT.
• Write, test, and iterate conversation scripts/prompts with edge-case handling and escalation to human agents.
• Monitor bot performance metrics and continuously retrain/tune NLU models using production utterances.
• Build LLM-powered agents for multi-step reasoning, tool/API invocation, and task completion in contact center workflows.
• Implement RAG pipelines and orchestrate multi-agent workflows with evaluation, guardrails, and handoffs.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Hands-on experience with at least one CCaaS platform (e.g., NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Five9, Avaya, Twilio Flex).
• Practical experience building chatbots/voicebots using NLU engines (e.g., Dialogflow, Lex, Bot Framework, Watson Assistant, Nuance Mix).
• Working knowledge of LLMs/agentic frameworks and prompt engineering fundamentals.
• Programming/scripting experience (e.g., Python or JavaScript/Node.js) for integrations and agent tooling.
