GEN AI Developer

Overview

Develop and operate production-grade Generative AI and deep learning solutions for Treasury & Trade Services business problems. Deliver AI-powered products that generate analytical insights for client experience, operations, product, pricing, sales and revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products from requirements through support.
• Apply prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning and deep learning methods to business problems.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends and outliers.
• Collaborate with product, business, operations and data teams to deliver capabilities.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams and runbooks.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Assess and manage risks, control issues and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of relevant Data Science experience in machine learning and deep learning.
• 2 years of Generative AI solution experience.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled products to production in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformer architectures, prompt engineering and system prompt design.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector indexes, chunking and retrieval evaluation.
• Experience with model customization, MLOps, model serving and inference optimization.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and the Hugging Face ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Experience developing API-first services in Python and Node.js.
• Familiarity with graph databases and search infrastructure.
• Agentic AI solution development experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering.
