Copywriter

Overview

The Copywriter conceptualizes and executes marketing materials and promotional copy for all marketing channels, including print, web, email, digital, video, and social media.

What you'll do

• Write and edit a broad range of strategic and engaging copy, including emails, print and digital ads, brochures, web content, posters, sales tools, video scripts, articles and event materials
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and other writers to develop creative concepts that meet marketing objectives and brand requirements
• Study products and services to understand key selling features that promote the brand
• Manage work and communicate about project status in team meetings and project management software
• Participate in and contribute to brainstorming sessions
• Interact with stakeholders to discuss their needs and objectives, and help solve creative challenges
• Present concepts to the internal team in an engaging and effective way
• Use a library of reference materials to ensure accuracy of all claims
• Organize workload and use efficient time management to meet multiple deadlines on time

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
• 3+ years of experience
• Ability to execute for all media platforms
• Excellent written communication, editing and proofreading skills
• Conceptual thinker with a diverse writing and creative style
• Solid understanding of branding and product marketing
• Strong organizational skills
• Commanding presentation skills
• Flexible, adaptable, resourceful and proactive, with an ability to meet deadlines with changing priorities

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Asana project management system
