Core Operations - Manager

Overview

Core Operations - Manager will act as a liaison between client/IM service teams and sub custodians/depositories to support proper settlement of security and cash transactions.

What you'll do

• Receive sub custodian/depository messages daily as per operating requirements/SLAs.
• Resolve exceptions/problems on time, accurately, and with proper documentation.
• Follow department operating procedures using appropriate review and control procedures.
• Provide technical information and training for entry-level staff.
• Support coverage flexibility during staff vacation and illness as needed.
• Assist with management reporting and day-to-day operational procedures.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.
