Service Desk First Level Support Engineer(German)

Overview

Service Desk First Level Support Engineer (German) to handle customer inquiries as the single point of contact.

What you'll do

• Screen and assign incoming incidents and service requests.
• Ensure services are delivered according to contracts and SLAs.
• Manage user tasks such as profile creation and maintenance.
• Coordinate the major incident process.
• Process, coordinate, and document incoming requests for operational processes.
• Revise process documentation.
• Participate in user recertification processes.

What you'll need

• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Confident handling of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Strong communication and quick grasp of new ideas.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn unfamiliar topics.
• Experience in the service sector.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a similar role/position.
• Experience in service sector for banks or in IT, including SLA and escalation management and service boards.
