Corporate IT Architect

Overview

Corporate IT Architect responsible for defining and evolving the target-state architecture for corporate IT systems and building secure, automated, scalable internal IT.

What you’ll do

• Define and maintain the target-state architecture for Corporate IT systems.
• Architect service desk processes (incident, request, problem, change) with automation and self-service.
• Implement AI Service Desk using LLMs and Virtual Agents for ticket routing, automated triage, and user resolution.
• Engineer end-to-end automation frameworks for “self-healing” workflows.
• Design modern endpoint management across macOS and Windows using Jamf and Intune.
• Implement patching, compliance, and configuration baselines with measurable enforcement.
• Drive API-first integrations and oversee complex cross-platform issues.

What you’ll need

• 10+ years in Corporate IT, Endpoint Engineering, or IT Architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
• Administrative and architectural experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom (plus SaaS ecosystems).
• Knowledge of identity and access management such as Okta or Azure AD.
• Experience implementing ITIL-aligned service management processes.
• Ability to design automation using scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell) and APIs.
