CPQ Developer Team Lead

Overview

CPQ Developer Team Lead responsible for driving continuous improvement of Tacton CPQ product models while leading a team of local developers.

What you'll do

• Lead and support local CPQ developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee creation, modification, and maintenance of Tacton CPQ product models.
• Plan and prioritize development tasks aligned to project goals and timelines.
• Guide testing, debugging, and deployment of product models to production.
• Manage user tickets and bug reports, analyze root causes, and coordinate fixes until resolution.
• Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to define requirements and propose enhancements.
• Provide direction on configuration standards, performance optimization, and user support processes.

What you'll need

• Certificate of Higher Education in IT or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of software development experience with Tacton CPQ or similar.
• At least 2 years in a team coordinator role.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (verbal and written).
• Solid understanding of product configurators/selectors or guided selling solutions.
