Creative Designer (Night Shift)

Overview

Creative Designer (Night Shift) to design and produce multimedia creative assets for paid social, DSPs, and ad networks, supporting global creative scale and execution speed.

What you'll do

• Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia creative assets (static ads, motion graphics, video).
• Adapt and optimize creative assets for multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, DSPs, and ad networks.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to creative guidelines across deliverables.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads, Strategists, and Project Managers to align outputs with campaign objectives and platform requirements.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Iterate creatives based on performance insights and feedback.
• Incorporate AI tools and automation where applicable to improve efficiency and output quality.

What you'll need

• 2–5+ years of experience in multimedia production, motion graphics, video editing, or digital/performance advertising design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience producing assets for digital and mobile-first platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Details

• Night shift role with regular onsite attendance for collaboration and reviews.
• Fully remote candidates will not be considered.
• Location: Manila, Philippines or Bangalore, India.
