Creative Specialist- Experiences (Mumbai)

Overview

Hands-on experiential creative who designs pop-ups, events, activations and immersive retail experiences for beauty brands, reporting to the Creative Manager.

What you'll do

• Develop distinctive experiential concepts rooted in brand identity, consumer insights and local commercial opportunities.
• Shape how people move through, interact with and experience a space, making every touchpoint part of the story.
• Personally create spatial layouts, concept models and compelling 3D renders, considering materials, lighting and product storytelling.
• Explore creative directions and simulate environments, refining ideas through professional design and rendering tools.
• Present persuasive concepts and partner with production teams, agencies and fabricators to preserve the vision as it becomes reality.

What you'll need

• 5+ years' experience in experiential, spatial or 3D design, brand activations or a related creative discipline.
• A portfolio demonstrating original thinking, strong spatial storytelling and exceptional 3D visualization.
• Hands-on proficiency in professional 3D modeling, rendering and presentation tools.
• Practical generative AI experience.
• An understanding of visitor flow, accessibility, materials and build feasibility.
• The ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate with specialists on technical development, fabrication and delivery.
