Credentialing Manager

Overview

As Credentialing Manager, you lead team leads and oversee credentialing operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Drive credentialing performance metrics and monitor client health as a KPI to meet SLAs.
• Improve processes to reduce errors and increase automation adoption.
• Ensure business continuity by identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans/workarounds.
• Manage client escalations and act as the escalation point for complex credentialing challenges.
• Lead capacity planning, workload management, and capability building for scalability.
• Communicate updates and performance insights to senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Lead and mentor multiple Credentialing Team Leads against operational targets and OKRs.
