Crypto Operations Associate

About the role

We’re looking for a Crypto Operations Associate to join our team full-time in an on-site setup. This role is open to candidates with 0–3 years of experience and is suited to someone who is detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable working across systems and languages.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day crypto operations and related technical workflows
• Work with code and automation using Python, C++, Rust, and scripting languages
• Contribute to tasks involving computer architecture and low-level technical analysis
• Help maintain reliable processes and collaborate with the team to resolve operational issues
• Assist in documentation, testing, and coordination across technical activities

What we're looking for

• 0–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Python
• Familiarity with C++ Language and Rust
• Exposure to VHDL and scripting languages
• Understanding of Computer Architecture
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• A proactive mindset, good communication, and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Design, implement, and evaluate cryptographic systems and secure

communication protocols

• Perform cryptanalysis of existing and emerging encryption schemes to

identify vulnerabilities

• Analyze symmetric and asymmetric, hashing, digital signature algorithms,

and key encapsulation mechanisms
