Crypto Operations Associate - APAC

Overview

Crypto Operations Associate (APAC) for a 100% distributed, remote crypto operations team. You’ll handle daily monitoring, operational workflows, and compliance-related investigations tied to customer activity.

What you'll do

• Monitor and surveil customer activity on a daily basis.
• Perform daily operational tasks including trading, new accounts, and cash management.
• Execute cryptocurrency trades and handle execution exceptions (errors, corrections, etc.).
• Support customer onboarding, including KYC and account approval.
• Review general ledger accounts and reconcile account discrepancies.
• Support the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and investigations from suspected suspicious activity.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a broker-dealer, financial services, trading, or cryptocurrency operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency (or strong desire to learn).
• Ability to work both independently and supportively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business and regulatory environments.
• Ability to take ownership of new responsibilities.

• Employment is described as 100% distributed and remote.
• Core time is 9am to 5pm PT, with 8 hours per day; holidays follow US market holidays.
