Global Benefits and Mobility Partner

Overview

Own global mobility and immigration programs while partnering with employees, recruiting, people teams, legal, business leaders, and external providers. The role also develops working knowledge of leave of absence and benefits programs.

What you'll do

• Administer global mobility and immigration programs, policies, and processes.
• Manage immigration, assignments, relocations, green cards, visa sponsorships, and transfers.
• Improve case intake, documentation, approvals, tracking, and communications through AI and automation.
• Build policies, process guides, and self-service resources.
• Monitor case timelines, service quality, costs, compliance, and employee experience.
• Coordinate external immigration, tax, relocation, and other providers.
• Assist with leave of absence and benefits case coordination and issue resolution.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or a related HR operations role.
• Expertise managing immigration and mobility programs, cases, vendors, and employee processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Understanding of immigration compliance, mobility policy administration, and cross-border employee movement.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent judgment and discretion with confidential and time-critical matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in an evolving global environment with competing priorities.

• Experience in a high-growth, global, or technology organization.

• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with assignment, relocation, tax, payroll, or permanent-establishment considerations.

• Remote role for US-based candidates.
• Annual base salary: USD 77,647.50–117,450.
