Expert Implementation Consultant-2

Overview

Leads complex, cross-functional software implementations for enterprise and multi-site clients, connecting patient-care workflows with financial performance. Acts independently as a client advisor, implementation lead, and mentor to other consultants.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end implementations across registration, scheduling, documentation, coding, billing, and reporting.
• Assess operational and clinical maturity to identify revenue risks.
• Manage cross-workstream implementation plans with project management, technical, and sales teams.
• Facilitate client leadership and executive steering meetings.
• Resolve delivery risks and escalate undefined scope or design questions.
• Mentor and train Implementation Consultants.
• Own training strategy and post-go-live transition readiness.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–3 years at the senior level or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business experience.
• Experience leading complex software implementations.
• Ability to translate operational and technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Remote in the United States.
• Up to 80% travel may be required.
• Compensation: $92,972–$129,231.
