Overview
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and operational servicing for an assigned book of business involving corporate-owned life insurance, split-dollar life insurance, mutual funds, and nonqualified plans.
What you'll do
- Process asset and liability rebalancing transactions according to client directives.
- Prepare and maintain asset and liability reports.
- Respond to client questions and ad hoc requests.
- Complete daily service deliverables and client-specific operational activities.
- Administer Excel rebalancing and premium-listing models.
- Use Metrix and nonqualified plan administration systems for transaction processing and client servicing.
- Review deliverables, analyze issues, and escalate matters when appropriate.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of relevant experience in investment operations, nonqualified plan administration, life insurance, financial services, accounting, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, large-data management, workbook maintenance, and financial models.
- State Life Insurance license or ability to obtain it within 120 days of hire.
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- FINRA fingerprinting is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with COLI, split-dollar life insurance, mutual funds, or nonqualified benefit plans.
- Experience using Metrix or other nonqualified plan administration platforms.

- Nationwide remote position.
- Base salary range: $65,600–$92,675 yearly.
