Insurance Customer Service Supervisor

Overview

Supervise insurance customer service operations and lead a customer service team while supporting policyholder satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily customer service department operations.
• Resolve escalated customer service issues.
• Improve call center processes and performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Monitor call volume, response times, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Assist with training and hiring customer service staff.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of call center experience.
• Recent call center handling experience.
• Property and casualty insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software.
• Leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• BSc in Business Administration or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Details

• Remote role in the United States.
• Pay range: $54,000–$75,600 annually.
