Application Analyst

Overview

Application Analyst responsible for designing, configuring, supporting, upgrading, and improving assigned business technology platforms.

What you'll do

• Design, configure, upgrade, and improve low-complexity business applications.
• Assess the impact of requested system and platform changes.
• Configure and test workflow and system changes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user production support.
• Create and maintain technical and system documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and software vendor implementation staff.
• Develop and participate in end-user training.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a high school diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong computer skills, including internet navigation and email usage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring business systems software in life sciences or healthcare.
• Applicable Epic certifications, preferably Cheers, MyChart, or Care Everywhere.
• Working knowledge of healthcare, biotechnology, or agile delivery methodologies.

Details

• Remote in the United States.
• Travel required for 5% of working time.
• Base pay is $61,300–$122,700 yearly.
• May require travel between local Exact Sciences locations.
