Planning Analyst, Project Controls, Project & Development Services

Overview

Performs independent cost and schedule management for moderately complex capital projects, supporting project controls reporting, analysis, and execution.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain cost reports or project schedules.
• Track actuals, commitments, and forecast data.
• Assist with accruals and reporting cycles.
• Identify variances and support risk and trend analysis.
• Gather inputs from project team members.
• Status, forecast, and analyze project schedules.
• Maintain organized project controls documentation.

What you'll need

• Three or more years of related cost or schedule management experience on capital projects.
• Experience across design, construction, and testing phases.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
• Experience working within a complex, matrixed environment.
• Expertise with cost and schedule management software.
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or a related technical field.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Annual compensation: $102,000–$120,000 USD.
