Managing Consultant - Accreditation Services

Overview

Manage healthcare accreditation consulting engagements for multiple customers, leading project workstreams, client interactions, deliverables, and practice development activities.

What you'll do

• Scope, plan, and manage engagement workstreams.
• Structure deliverables and develop recommendations and solutions.
• Lead client meetings, project timelines, and sponsor updates.
• Apply appropriate methods, approaches, and tools.
• Document, escalate, and resolve engagement issues and risks.
• Develop and present deliverables to clients.
• Contribute to solution development, publications, and speaking engagements.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of hospital or health system accreditation experience, or 3–5 years in a supervisory or project lead consulting role.
• Deep experience with accrediting standards and health system accreditation preparation.
• Experience with problem solving, performance improvement, process analysis, and clinical analysis.
• Project management skills and ability to engage client stakeholders.
• Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple customers simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to present to audiences virtually and in person.

Nice to have

• Active pharmacist degree.
• Advanced degree such as PharmD, MBA, MHA, MS, or PMP.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management certification or experience.
• Experience with Wrike or similar project management software.

Details

• Remote, USA.
• Full-time position.
• Travel generally does not exceed 20%, including occasional customer onsite visits.
• Salary range: $119,100–$186,560 annually.
