Managing Consultant, Health System Solutions

Overview

Manage consulting work that helps health system customers build and scale infusion services, pharmacy solutions, supply chain operations, and related initiatives. The role combines strategic problem-solving, client management, data analysis, and operational execution.

What you'll do

• Partner with subject-matter experts and client teams on consulting engagements.
• Develop presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive messaging.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative information to support recommendations.
• Build financial models, operational frameworks, and decision-support tools.
• Lead portions of client meetings and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support strategic initiatives including customer segmentation and operational readiness.
• Prepare materials for executive meetings, advisory boards, and leadership events.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, healthcare administration, communications, public policy, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI.
• Experience developing financial models and business case analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for messaging senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with executive leaders or supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• 1–2 years of healthcare-related experience, preferably with health systems or pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
• Exposure to the healthcare or distribution industry.
• Familiarity with structured problem-solving methods.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Salary range: $119,100–$186,560 per year.
