Implementation Consultant

Overview

Own implementation engagements for Mid-Market customers, helping them deploy and adopt Samsara’s IoT solutions for fleets and industrial assets. Explain technical products, build customer relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful deployments.

What you'll do

• Manage technology deployments for Mid-Market customers.
• Create launch plans and product-usage roadmaps.
• Track implementation progress, participation, adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate the platform to executives and users.
• Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel.
• Explain platform capabilities across customer use cases.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.

What you'll need

• 4+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Experience with end-to-end system implementations.
• Strong consultative and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with executives, technical leaders, and software users.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Nice to have

• Mid-Market B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience with integration projects and RESTful APIs.
• Python or other scripting-language experience.
• Experience with cloud software, networking, automation, or control systems.
• IoT, hardware, vehicles, or fleet and logistics experience.

Details

• Remote position for candidates residing in the United States, with stated metro-area exclusions.
• Annual base salary: USD 88,979.55–134,590.91.
• Full-time position.
