Overview

A Business Transformation consultant on the consumer CX Business Organization team, who collects, analyzes and interprets data to drive business insights and decision-making, and works with business units and functional leaders on process definition and transformative projects.

What you'll do

• Collect, clean and organize large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Apply statistical analysis techniques to extract meaningful patterns, trends and insights from data.
• Utilize data visualization tools to create clear, concise and impactful presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify their specific data needs and problem areas.
• Translate business questions into actionable data analysis strategies, designing appropriate research plans and methodologies.
• Analyze data to uncover hidden patterns, trends and insights that inform business decisions and strategies.
• Communicate data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise and actionable manner.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
• Six or more years of experience as a Data Analyst / Data Scientist or related role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of data analysts and data scientists.
• Strong expertise in data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques and data visualization tools with Agentic AI knowledge.
• Experience in data analytics, SQL, analytical queries and analyzing data from data warehouses like GCP / Teradata (eDW).
• Good knowledge and practical implementation of exploratory data analysis and descriptive statistics.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of different marketing channels, call volume reduction, NPS, digital platforms like Desktop and Mobile app, and assisted sales channels.
• Presentation skills, including ability to create presentations using Google Sheets/MS PowerPoint and experience presenting to all levels of an organization.

• Python and AI proficiency.
• Competitor analysis.
• Design thinking proficiency.
• Building and enhancing dashboards using Looker Studio, QlikView or similar tools.
