Senior Product Analyst - Credit Products

Overview

Senior Analyst - Credit Products will work closely with Tide's credit product teams to shape credit product and risk decision making, turning complex credit data into actionable insights that guide the lending strategy.

What you'll do

• Utilise advanced analytics to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets, focusing on lending product performance, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and optimise key performance indicators related to credit risk, and develop strategies to mitigate risk while supporting business growth.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to inform and guide the development of new credit products, using data-driven insights to influence product strategy and design.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and methodologies, and continuously seek ways to improve data analysis processes and credit product offerings.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience working as a credit focused analyst or data scientist at a fintech or bank.
• Expert SQL proficiency and the ability to navigate complex data warehouse relationships.
• Self starter who takes initiative and can operate with a high degree of independence.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment.

• Locations: Bengaluru, Delhi NCR and Hyderabad, India.
• Hybrid working model; colleagues can work remotely from home or anywhere in their home country, and can work from a different country for 90 days of the year.
