Senior Associate – Product Definition Analyst, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate in PwC's Advisory practice (Operations Management specialism) who serves as the liaison between the business and IT, translating complex business needs into application software for PBM and healthcare clients.

What you'll do

• Analyse complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
• Determine specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs.
• Develop project plans and identify and coordinate resources, involving those outside the unit.
• Work with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
• Act as a resource to users of the software to address questions and issues.
• Provide direction and guidance to team members and serve as an expert for the team.

What you'll need

• BA/BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
• Degree: Bachelor of Engineering or MBA (Master of Business Administration).
• Years of experience required: 4 to 8 years.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations (strongly preferred).
• Pharmacy Claims Audit (strongly preferred).
• PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) software experience (strongly preferred).
• Experience working in an Agile environment (strongly preferred).
• PBM Benefits experience (preferred).
• Healthcare experience (strongly preferred).
• Data analysis and issue resolution experience (preferred).
• SQL experience or other analytical querying experience (preferred).
