Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Custom Software Engineer who leads the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications and acts as the primary point of contact for project activities.

What you'll do

• Lead design, development, and configuration of specialized applications.
• Act as the main liaison for project activities and coordinate across teams.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee implementation of best practices to improve team productivity and outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members to support their growth and skill development.
• Facilitate communication channels between cross-functional teams for alignment.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and workflows.
• Experience in application design, configuration, and deployment in enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and automation within IT operations platforms.
• 15 years full time education is required.
