Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Custom Software Engineer role focused on SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX), specifically Contract and Lease Management (CLM), to implement, configure and optimize real estate contracts and leases.

What you'll do

• Write functional specifications, configure, test and deploy lease and contract management processes in SAP RE-FX CLM.
• Configure RE-FX CLM components, including lease contracts (lease-in/lease-out), Right-of-Use (ROU) assets, service charge settlements and condition adjustments (index-based or fixed rent adjustments).
• Define and manage CLM master data such as Business Entities, Rental Objects and Contract Objects, aligned with manufacturing plant facilities and real estate portfolios.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of lease contracts, including creation, renewals, terminations and critical date management, to ensure compliance with IFRS 16 and ASC 842.
• Configure automated postings for lease liabilities.
• Implement contract condition adjustments.
• Integrate CLM with SAP modules such as FI, CO and AA.

What you'll need

• Must have SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in at least 1 implementation project.
• 15 years of full-time education.
