Overview

Custom Software Engineer role focused on designing, coding, and enhancing custom software components across systems or applications.

What you'll do

• Design, code, and enhance software components in systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software by identifying enhancement areas and implementing changes.
• Document software designs, processes, and code for clarity and maintainability.
• Contribute independently and grow into an SME through team discussions and problem-solving.
• Share knowledge and guide junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
• Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience developing and debugging complex software applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable code with best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
