Custom Software Engineer

Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will coordinate the deployment of artificial intelligence workflows and architectures across a variety of technology platforms, and act as a subject matter expert on the team.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across technology platforms.
• Facilitate the design of solutions that integrate seamlessly into an enterprise's technology ecosystem.
• Ensure compatibility with multiple artificial intelligence models and providers.
• Engage with diverse teams to align deployment strategies and optimize implementation of complex AI systems.
• Lead the coordination of deployment activities to ensure timely and efficient integration of AI workflows.
• Collaborate and manage the team, taking responsibility for team decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize deployment processes and technology integration.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
• Agile Requirement Management.
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence system architectures and their deployment methodologies.
• Experience in integrating AI models with enterprise technology stacks and multi-provider platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges in AI workflows.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools and practices to support cross-functional team engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile Project Management.
