Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, build and enhance custom software components and systems using modern frameworks and agile practices, with a focus on SAP EWM solutions tailored to business needs.

What you'll do

• Act as the subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to deliver work.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
• Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration of SAP EWM with other enterprise systems.
• Competence in performance tuning and optimization of software components.
• 15 years full time education.
