Overview

Design, build, and configure SAP for Utilities CRM applications to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, effective software solutions.

What you'll do

Gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Design, build, and configure applications.
Test and validate applications for quality and performance.
Document design specifications and application configurations.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide solutions.
Share knowledge and guide junior team members.
Participate in team discussions and work independently as a subject matter expert.

What you'll need

At least 2 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.
Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
Experience customizing and configuring SAP for Utilities CRM modules.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to work with integration tools and understand data flow between SAP and other systems.
15 years of full-time education.
