Overview

Provide hands-on operational support for the enterprise Celonis platform across EMS and CPM environments, with backup support for Appian. The role focuses on platform stability, data reliability, deployments, troubleshooting, and operational improvements.

What you'll do

• Support daily operations for the Celonis platform.
• Configure and deploy updates in EMS and CPM environments.
• Manage and optimize Celonis EMS and CPM operations.
• Monitor and resolve incidents and user issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Coordinate platform changes with business leads and data teams.
• Provide backup operational support for the Appian platform.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Celonis EMS.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Celonis Process Modeling administration.
• Practical experience with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Skills in Celonis, AWS, incident management, troubleshooting, and CPM.
• Experience with networking, compute, storage, and security concepts.

Nice to have

• Celonis certification such as Celonis Data Analysis or Data Engineering Certified.
• Experience with Appian, EMS, and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or financial services.
