Overview
Support and operate enterprise Appian, Celonis, and Grafana platforms, with responsibility for monitoring, configuration, deployments, reliability, and incident remediation.
What you'll do
- Provide hands-on operational support for Appian and Celonis platforms.
- Configure Grafana using Appian and Celonis platform data.
- Build dashboards, alerting workflows, and reliability monitoring with Grafana.
- Develop an automated Nobl9 framework for user experience measurement and reliability alerts.
- Support high availability and incident remediation across Appian Cloud and Celonis environments.
- Manage licensing, roadmaps, and support escalations with Appian, Celonis, and AWS partners.
- Collaborate with monitoring, product, engineering, application operations, and infrastructure teams.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Grafana and Nobl9.
- Grafana and Python skills.
- Experience with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with Appian and Celonis CPM or Symbio administration.
- Python scripting experience.
- Three to five years of hands-on Grafana experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical GxP, or financial services SOX.
- Appian Administration certification or three years of Appian administration experience.
- Experience with the Celonis Cloud platform.
- Familiarity with Dynatrace, CloudWatch, or similar monitoring and logging tools.
