Software Engineer III -Python AI/ML

Overview

Senior Python and machine learning engineer responsible for building scalable ML, GenAI, and data engineering solutions for complex financial data problems.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy machine learning and GenAI models at scale.
• Implement and optimize ML solutions with Databricks, Spark, and cloud data platforms.
• Build Python-based analytics pipelines with engineering, product, and UX teams.
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and generative AI applications.
• Architect workflows using Delta Lake, Feature Stores, and MLOps practices.
• Translate ML research and techniques into production solutions.
• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of professional experience in ML, Python, and data engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Deep Python expertise, including NumPy, Pandas, PySpark, and FastAPI.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace Transformers.
• Practical GenAI experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Hands-on Databricks experience, including MLflow, Delta Lake, and Notebooks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, ETL/ELT, and streaming technologies.

• Published research or open-source contributions.
