Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Develop and enhance custom software solutions, with a focus on software quality assurance and Java-based testing.

What you'll do

• Develop custom software components across systems or applications.
• Code and enhance software solutions using modern frameworks.
• Apply agile practices to deliver scalable solutions.
• Perform software testing using Java.
• Build automated tests using Java.
• Conduct API testing and debugging with tools such as Postman.
• Work in virtual testing environments.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in SQA and software testing using Java.
• At least 2 years of test automation using Java.
• At least 2 years of experience with test management tools such as Qtest or QualityCenter.
• At least 2 years of experience with defect management tools such as JIRA or Rally.
• At least 2 years of experience with API testing or debugging tools such as Postman.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
