Overview

Custom Software Engineer role to design, code and enhance software components across systems or applications, delivering scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs using modern frameworks and agile practices.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

What you'll need

• Must have: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software performance across complex systems.
• Familiarity with integration of software components and third-party services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• 15 years full time education.
