Custom Software Engineer role developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding and enhancing components across systems or applications, using modern frameworks and agile practices.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve functionality and performance.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support on technical challenges.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Workday Studio (must-have skill).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to Workday Studio.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
• 15 years full-time education is required.
