Overview

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements, acting as a subject matter expert who leads a team and contributes to key decisions.

What you'll do

• Design, build and configure applications tailored to specific business process and application needs.
• Collaborate and manage the team to deliver work as an SME, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and project scope.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Continuously refine and adapt applications to evolving business processes.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques within integration frameworks.
• Ability to work with APIs and web services to facilitate seamless data exchange.
• Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements in integration scenarios.
