Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Lead the design, development and configuration of software applications, acting as the primary point of contact for project communications and coordinating efforts across teams.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to deliver project work.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Python (programming language), must have.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (programming language).
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable and efficient code.
• Experience with debugging, testing and performance tuning of applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
