Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Develop custom software solutions by designing, coding and enhancing system or application components, using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to deliver work.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project objectives.

What you'll need

• Must have: Proficiency in Azure Integration Services.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with cloud-based integration patterns and middleware solutions.
• Strong knowledge of API management and service bus technologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable integration workflows.
• Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting integration processes.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud integration environments.
• 15 years of full-time education.
