Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements. Design scalable software components and enhance existing applications using agile practices.

What you'll do

• Develop and customize the ServiceNow platform for business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain and improve software applications for performance and user experience.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to team solutions.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, integrations, Portal, and ITOM.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration techniques and API development.
• 15 years of full-time education.
