What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
• Experience configuring and managing SAP personnel administration modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve employee data management and integration issues.
• Familiarity with SAP workflows and reporting tools for personnel administration.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• 15 years full-time education.
