Sr Software Engineer (Workday)

Overview

Sr Software Engineer (Workday) role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations with enterprise systems.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design scalable integration solutions.
• Develop integrations using Workday tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Web Services.
• Use Workday APIs to build custom integrations while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Define data mappings and transformations to synchronize and format data between systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Develop and execute integration test plans for Payroll integrations, including bug fixing.
• Create technical documentation and provide training/support to end-users and stakeholders.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in integration design and development focused on Workday integrations.
• Proficiency in Workday integration tools/technologies, API development, and data mapping/transformation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira for managing user stories, tasks, and sprints.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Workday Integration Certification(s) preferred.

Details

• Full-time role with working hours of 45 h/week, 2–11 PM IST.
• Hybrid working model (office and home based).
• Location: Bangalore, India (IND - Bangalore (DRG)).
