Overview

What you'll do

• Design and develop tailored software components that integrate within larger systems or applications.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions meet evolving business requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align on project goals and deliverables.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP PM with other enterprise systems.
• Skill in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
