Overview

Configure and support packaged or software as a service applications, adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability, compatibility, and performance. Align solutions with business requirements using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms.

What you'll do

• Collaborate and manage the team as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the application environment.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.
• Configure and customize packaged or software as a service applications.
• Manage application features and release processes.
• Monitor and ensure application stability and performance.
• Use standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms for solution development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in a collaborative environment.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Experience with configuration and customization of packaged or software as a service applications.
• Strong understanding of application release management and system stability practices.
• Familiarity with using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms for solution development.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in a collaborative environment.
• 15 years full time education.
