Custom Software Engineer

Overview

As a Custom Software Engineer, lead the design, development and configuration of software applications, take ownership of the project's technical direction, and serve as the primary point of contact for application-related activities.

What you'll do

• Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for application-related activities.
• Own the project's technical direction.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Oversee the progress of development tasks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Act as an SME and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of application design and configuration activities.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex data governance processes and translate them into effective software configurations.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data management within SAP environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MDG with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with data quality management and validation techniques within SAP Master Data Governance.
• 15 years full time education.
