Custom Software Engineer

Overview

As a Custom Software Engineer, lead the design, development, configuration and implementation of software applications. Own the project's technical direction, serve as the primary point of contact for application-related activities, coordinate stakeholders and support high-quality delivery and integration with existing systems.

What you'll do

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team productivity and software performance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex data structures and design scalable data models within the SAP MDG framework.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data quality and system performance.
• 15 years full time education.
