Custom Software Engineering Lead

Overview

Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery, and setting development standards that ensure code quality, scalability and performance aligned to business objectives.

What you'll do

• Support junior professionals by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Enablon Software Platform.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Enablon Software Platform.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software systems.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear direction to development teams.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
• 15 years full time education.
